Merry Fishmas!

Over on my Bluesky account, I jumped on the fish-drawing bandwagon - hashtag #25DaysofFishmas - started by aquatic ecologist, Dr Katie O'Reilly and have been posting my fish illustrations almost every day.

These drawings were done in Adobe Fresco on my iPad pro.
Please bear in mind I had never drawn any fish prior to this bluesky #fishmas thing, so I've approached this as a daily creative challenge and was prepared to embarrass myself. It has been interesting and fun! Even when it's a horrific-looking species I am seeing up-close (in internet photos) for the first time. Aaarrgh! I'm looking at you, Gar and Lamprey!
