I just received my copy and love it!
The ordering process was easy and the delivery was quick . I absolutely love the information on the dogs around the world and the artwork!
I ordered a copy of the book to give as a gift to the breeder of my dogs, and had it personally signed by the author. I assumed (incorrectly) that the breeds would be drawn by the artist but also have each breed's history described. I was very disappointed that the entire book was only artistic renderings of each breed, with a very short description attached. I was expecting much much more information about each breed, such as where the breed originated, other breeds to which it was related, changes in the breed through the years, etc. This type of info was provided on only a few breeds. I have decided not to gift this book to my breeder friend because it did not meet my expectations.
Hi Robin, There are photos in the listing that show what the interior pages look like; and exactly how much information is written under each dog breed image.
This books is fabulous, and a personalized copy is the perfect thing for the dog lover in your life. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love the book and the whole experience buying, love that I could have it signed, and the postcard and personal touch. I have the Dogs of the World poster already, and this is just even better to have! :)
