Year of the Horse is almost here

Horse Protest Art
The photo on the right is courtesy of SGV Progressive Action's instagram. My hand-painted sign shows a pissed off red horse yelling out NO DATA CENTER! LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE!
On January 21, hundreds of San Gabriel Valley residents showed up outside Monterey Park City Hall to protest a proposed large AI data center in our residential neighborhood (about 1 mile away from our home). Almost one hundred residents made their voices heard in the 6-hour city council meeting, opposing the data center.
