On a personal level, there are many hopes and wishes on my list.
I want to read more books, do more tai chi and swimming, play more board games, make art I've never attempted to before (e.g., draw different animal species, create new products), plant more native plants in our backyard, travel to new places. I want peace and freedom for Palestine (please stop this US-rael war machine!); I want successful fights against hateful colonial attitudes and policies; I want universal healthcare; safety, comfort, and joy for friends and family, including all our companion animals.
If you are interested, I am selling a limited quantity of Year of the Snake greeting cards in my shop. These are 5x7" when folded, blank on the inside, and individually printed by me in my home studio.
The lunar new year of the Snake starts on January 29th, 2025 and goes for 7 days.
